We are sad to announce that on April 14, 2023, at the age of 91, Evelyn Bowman of Polo, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Wales and H. Lucile Wales; her husband Wilbur Bowman; her son Greg Bowman; her daughter-in-law Annette Bowman; her grandson Tim Bowman; her sisters, Pat Deardorff, Margaret Brown and Betty Capling; her brother-in-law Richard Person; and her foster brother John Hiatt.
She is survived by: her daughter Stephanie Schmidt (Fred) of Madisonville, TX; her daughter-in-law Joann Bowman of Princeton, IL; her sons, Jeff Bowman of Fort Wayne, IN, Rod Bowman (Cathy) of Polo, IL and Mike Bowman (Kim) of Forreston, IL; her sisters, Helen Wales of Polo, IL and Joyce Person of Polo, IL; and her brother-in-law Don Deardorff of California. She is also survived by 16 Grandchildren, 13 Great Grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established in her name.
