He was predeceased by: his parents, John Parks and Pauline Parks. He is survived by: his wife Lois; his children, Leonard Parks (Pam) and Paula Tegeler (Bob Venier); his grandchildren, Virgil Kyle Tegeler (Lindsay), Daniel "Boone" Tegeler, Austin Parks (Shelby), Shaun Parks and Audrey Parks (Josh Sodaro); and his great grandchildren, Audrin, Rowyn, Lydia, Charles, Jemma, Riley and River.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Chuck's name to St. Marks Lutheran Church in Polo.
