We are sad to announce that on August 14, 2022, at the age of 41, Charles Joseph Powell of Polo, Illinois, born in New Orleans, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Walter and Geneva Powell; and his pet Sheba. He is survived by: his pets, Cooper and Rosie; his wife Anna Powell of Polo; his father Robin Powell (Karen) of Varney, IL; his sister Judy Hibbs; and his aunt Gale Randalls of Momence, IL. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
