She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Shuman and Dorothy Shuman; her siblings, Judy Kitzmiller and Harry Shuman; and her sister-in-law Beverly Shuman.
She is survived by: her sons, Daryl Beers (Sherri) of Polo and Jeff Beers of Texas; her sister Patty Hokanson of Port Byron, IL; her sister-in-law Arletta Shuman of Sterling; her brothers, Jim Shuman (Diane) of Oregon, Ron Shuman of Polo and Jody Shuman of Polo; and her grandchildren, Megan, Dylan, Ally, Adam and Josie Beers. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established her name.
