She was predeceased by: her parents, Antone Bohn and Daisy Bohn (Lucas); her spouse Terry Blackburn; and her siblings, Robert Ubaudi and Barbara Willman.
She is survived by: her children, Richard, Jr. (Sherri), Leslie (Chris) and Daisy; and her siblings, Dena Marie Boss (Ed) and Tony Bohn (Brenda).
