It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra M. Ripple of Pocahontas, Illinois, born in Emmaus, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 22, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Sandra may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Augustus Giering and Marguerite Anna Giering; her siblings, Richard H. Giering and Rita A. Hardy; and her brother-in-law Robert G. Hardy.
She is survived by: her daughter Marita Lee Ripple of Mount Prospect, IL; her niece Sandra Lee Chinn (Glen W.) of Hypoluxo, FL; her sister-in-law Carol Giering; and her nephew Scott Giering of Coral Gables, FL..
