He was predeceased by: his parents, George Gallas and Willie Gallas (Walton). He is survived by: his wife Paulette Gallas of Pocahontas, IL; his daughters, Jessica Dallas (Thomas) of Pocahontas, IL and Tammy Bunker-Kester (Chris) of Collinsville, IL; his sister Michelle Mills (Dustin Hamilton) of Phoenix, AZ; his grandchildren, Hannah Stratmann (Sean), Hayley Bunker, Olivia Dallas and J. J. Dallas; and his great grandchild Malcom Holmes. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and many wonderful friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Irwin Chapel (3960 Maryville Rd, Granite City, IL 62040). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial donations may be given to the Wounded Warrior Project.
