He is survived by: his parents, Robert "Alvin" Meadows, and Linda Meadows, Sr. (Nee Smith) of Pocahontas, IL; his wife Tabitha Meadows of Pocahontas, IL; his children, Jordan Meadows (Pyper Mitchell) of Pocahontas, IL and Brennan Meadows (Jessica Holcomb) of Pocahontas, IL; his sister Amanda Gaffner (Duane) of Greenville, IL; his grandchildren, Braxtan and Bennett; his nephews, Ashton Gaffner (Timery Moore) and Gunner Gaffner; his in-laws, Charles Lowe, Christopher Green and Alex Molter; and his nieces, Melissa Green, Navaranna Green, Grace Green and Elizabeth Green.
