She is survived by: her children, Donald M. Bird (Sandra) and Gary L. Bird; her grandchildren, Lisa Ingram, Donald M. Bird II (Amanda), Melissa Boles, Kathleen Cross, Christopher R. Bird (Kimberly) and Brittany Morris (Jeremy); and her sisters, Beverly Simmonds of Macon, MS and Sharon Obermark (Clarence). She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren.
