He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar E. Britt and Edna "Lucy" Britt; his former wife Lola Britt; and his sisters, Dorothy Gillespie (Bob), Margaret Brown (George) and Marian Marcoot (Shorty).
He is survived by: his wife Marjory Britt; and his daughters, Sandra Bird (Donald) of Gilbert, AZ and Mary Combs (Michael) of Centennial, CO. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, 5 great-great-grandchildren; and multiple nieces, nephews, and friends.
Memorial donations may be made to the Pocahontas United Methodist Church.
