It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Opal Potts of Pocahontas, Illinois, who passed away on January 28, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Opal Potts to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Rey and Lola Rey; her husband Earl Potts; her daughter Mary Lee Potts; her siblings, Odel Rey and Mary Heilig; and her grandson Rodney Potts.
She is survived by: her children, Stanley Potts of Sorento, IL, Steve Potts, Georgia Erickson (Steve), Don Potts, Dallas Potts (Cindy) and Joe Potts (Pam); and her grandchildren, Michael, Douglas, Stacey, Stephanie, Emily, Mary, Darrel, Valerie, Donovan, Jessica, Amy, Andrea and Jennifer. She is also survived by great grandchildren, thirteen; great great-grandchildren, seven; several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or the Donor's Choice.
