She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Ammann and Maggie Ammann; her husband John W. Brown; her great great grandchild Dayne Gehrig; her brother Darrell Ammann; and her sister-in-law Geraldine Ammann.

She is survived by: her daughters, Karen Shaw of Pocahontas, IL and Audrey Martin of Pocahontas, IL; her grandchildren, Kristine Rutz (Bryan) of Grantfork, IL, Jon Rench (Roxanne Bolla) of Edwardsville, IL, Kelly Murphy (Edward) of Downers Grove, IL, Angi Martin (Eric Cline) of New Paltz, NY and Larry Martin (Lianne) of Naples, FL; her great grandchildren, Kyle Gehrig (Terrisa), Jessie Sudholt (Kyle), Emily Gehrig (Josh Giedeman), Adam Lukanich (Kelly), Kaitlin Korte (Tyler), Abigail Murphy, Kali Rutz (Brad Kalous), Oscar Cline, Lincoln Cline, Joyln Rench, Riley Martin and Brecken Martin; and her great great grandchildren, Kanon, Rory, Delayne, Gavin, Derek, Luke and Ava. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
