He is survived by: his wife Chelsey Brown of Pocahontas, IL; his children, Calli Potochney of Columbia, IL, Chloe Brown of Pocahontas, IL, Haven Potochney of Pocahontas, IL, Hailey Potochney of Pocahontas, IL and Mika Potochney of Pocahontas, IL; his siblings, Shawna Lindley (David) of Collinsville, IL, Bernard "Bernie" Potochney of Pocahontas, IL and Angela "Angie" Potochney of Marine, IL; and his grandparents, Linda and Jim LeRoy of Fairview Heights, IL. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
