He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Haberer and Sophia Haberer; his former wife Sally Haberer; and his brothers, Norbert and Dale Haberer.
He is survived by: his former wife Sally Schrumpf; his wife Linda Haberer of Pocahontas, IL; his children, Mike Haberer (Nancy) of Pocahontas, IL, Terry Lucas (Damon), Brad Haberer (Mona), Randy Haberer (Becky) and Jim Haberer (Mary); his stepdaughters, Heather Durr of Greenville, IL, Tiffany Kirby (Jeff) and Amanda Steele; his sister Bernice Kovach of Pocahontas, IL; and his sisters-in-law, Jackie Haberer of Pocahontas, IL and Sandy Phillips (John). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren.
