Leta B. File Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leta B. File (Pocahontas, Illinois), who passed away on May 14, 2019, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family. She was predeceased by : her parents, Edward Weiss and Bertha Weiss; her husband Kenneth File; her siblings, Elmer, Henry, Arthur, Ted, Orville, Vallie Weiss and Velma Hitz. She is survived by : her children, Berry File (Karen) of Pocahontas, IL and Sandra File (Terry Everett); her grandchildren, Shani Golovay and Mindy Jefferson (Justin); her great grandchildren, Elusha, Yoseph, Esiah Golovay, Ada, Titus, Lukas and Ezra Jefferson; her sister Esther Brown of Pocahontas, IL. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Memorials may be made to the Pocahontas United Methodist Church or Cedarhurst of Greenville Activity Fund.
