He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Norris and Dorothy Baker Norris; his wife Janet Irene Tippet; and his brother James Norris. He is survived by: his daughters, Janine Dorethy (Mark) of Tennessee, IL, Wendy Legare (Jeff) of Woodstock, IL and Caroline Norris Watson (Edward) of Pensacola, FL.; his grandchildren, Heather Parkin (Matthew), Haley Dorethy (Spencer Raleigh), Emma and Norrie Legare; his great grandchildren, Naomie, Rachel, Ava, Jacob, Claire Parkin, Jarrett, Hadley and Stella Raleigh; and his sister Barbara Hoyt of Macomb, IL..
