It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Russell Frakes (Plymouth, Illinois), who passed away on July 27, 2019, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Russell Frakes to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Warney Frakes and Ida Reed Frakes; his son Rusty Frakes; and his siblings, George, Rex Frakes, Helen Frakes, Ellen Davis, Martha Bly and Florence Shippy.

He is survived by: his wife Ruth E. Lyons; his children, Randy Frakes (Linda Cain) of Plymouth, IL, Doug Frakes (Wendy) of Irving, TX and Cheryl Goodman (Tim) of Bentonville, ARK; and his sisters, Norma Porter (Ronnie) of Colchester, IL and Lola Elliott of Mt. Sterling, IL. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, and numerous great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to his family to help with expenses.
