He was predeceased by: his parents, Laura Bell Cook and Roy Cook; his sisters, Barbara Joanne and Jeannie Lamm; his nieces, Lori Ann McFarland and Brandy Parry; and his brother-in-law Luke Brummett.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Fundel (Rich) of Plymouth and Cristy Mowen (Byron) of Montrose, Iowa.; his grandchildren, Brittnee Hynek (Jeremy), Austin Utterback, Hunter Fundel, Jordyn Utterback and Gracee Fundel; his sisters, Joyce Brummett of Macomb, IL, Nancy DeWitt of Macomb, IL, Cheryl Parry (Jerry) of Macomb, IL, Janice Voight (Al) of Macomb, IL and Mary Lou McFarland (Perry) of Aledo, IL.; and his close friends, Russ Crull of Byron, IL, Ed Christensen and Mike Ellis of Macomb, IL.. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
