She is survived by: her aunt Ruby; her uncle Grant Douglas; her children, Rich Smith of Plymouth, IL, Randy Smith (Cindy), Russ Smith (Amy) and Rachelle Douglas (Harry); her grandchildren, Melissa (Richard), Debbie (David), Jake, Matt, Crayton, Perry Smith (Mariah), Randallynn Smith (Dallas), Steilacoom and Gracyn Smith Andover; her great grandchild Katie (Austin); her sisters, Betty Nooner of Edina, MN and Opal Muir of Hillsboro, OR; and her siblings-in-law, Fred Smith of Fullerton, CA, Peggy O'Brien (Jim) of Springfield, IL and Marybeth Long (Roger) of Springfield, IL. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
