She is survived by: her children, Teresa Shappell (Chris), Lisa Rosendale (Burdette) of Augusta, IL, Tim Rash of Keokuk, IA and Todd Rash (Angie) of Macomb, IL; her grandchildren, Lynnea Blackburn (Justin), Amanda West (Paul) of Farmington, IL and Jared Shappell of Eureka, MO; her great grandchildren, Pemberly, Hudson, Hezekiah Blackburn, Evelyn and Lucy West; and her brother Larry Whitford (Darla) of Plymouth, IL. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
