Marshall Porter Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marshall Porter of Plymouth, Illinois, who passed away on December 5, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Porter and Gladys Hawkins Porter; and his son Gregory Porter. He is survived by: his sister Marilyn Reeves of Tennessee, IL; his close friends, Pat Griswold, Brad Griswold (Cindy Hays) of Plymouth, IL, Marshall Griswold of Macomb, IL and Angie Rash (Todd) of Macomb, IL; his grandchildren, Kelsie, Kyle, Kacie Rash, Brooke Chandler and Kimberly Griswold; and his former wife Marilyn Porter of Plymouth. He is also survived by the children and grandchildren.

A graveside service was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Rosemont Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to the Plymouth Circle Community Center.
