It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janet I Norris of Plymouth, Illinois, born in Macomb, Illinois, who passed away on October 14, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dale Henry and Doris Faith Heaton Tippet; and her sister Judy Herron. She is survived by: her husband Donald "Wayne" Norris; her daughters, Janine Dorethy (Mark) of Tennessee, IL, Wendy Legare (Jeff) of Woodstock, IL and Caroline Norris Watson (Edward) of Pensacola, FL.; her grandchildren, Heather Parkin, Haley Dorethy, Emma and Norrie Legare; and her great grandchildren, Naomie, Rachel, Ava, Jacob, Claire Parkin, Jarrett, Hadley and Stella Raleigh.
Memorial contributions will be made to Southeastern High School.
