He is survived by: his wife Diane Janssen; his son Ian Kyle O'Neal (Sarah) of Bowen, IL; his grandchildren, Kyle, Katie, Dean and Hank O'Neal; his brothers, Tom O'Neal (Marcia) of Peoria, IL and Philip O'Neal of Quincy, IL; his uncle Ambrose August Anderson of Bessemer, PA; and his nieces and nephews, Jessie O'Neal, Brianna Junker, Ashley Kirlin, Garrett Janssen, Jennifer Metzger and Jacob Janssen.
