He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Lewallen; his children, Caitlin Bostic (Chad) of Plymouth, IL and Dallas Drake of Plymouth, IL; his stepsons, Dakota and Dalton Lewallen of Plymouth, IL; his grandchildren, Griffin Schoonover and Nora Bostic of Plymouth, IL; and his sisters, Donna Drake of Quincy, IL, Darla Whitford (Larry) of Plymouth, IL, Debbie Parks of Carthage, IL and Jet Drake of Winnetka, IL. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
