He was predeceased by: his parents, William Riggins and Mildred Stitt Riggins; and his sister Julianne Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Norma; his children, William Riggins, Jr. (Gail) of Pleasant Plains and Becky Ann Riggins of Springfield; his sister Virginia Miller; his grandchildren, Brie Ann Sulaver (Randy) and William Jacob Riggins; and his great grandchild Jayde Koster. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and very close friends.
