He was predeceased by: his parents, Tommy Miner and Nellie Miner (Rouland); and his daughter Peggy Sue. He is survived by: his wife Billie; his daughters, Tami Smith (Clay) of New Berlin and LeeAnn Gondek (Alan) of Girard; his grandchildren, Tashia Ryan (John) of Pleasant Plains, Aaron Smith (Laura) of Franklin, Eric Smith of New Berlin, Gary Reavis (Bobbie Jean) of New Berlin and Kate Crocker (Matt) of New Berlin; his brother Rolland Miner (Lil) of Golconda; and his sister-in-law Jan Howard (Wayne) of Pleasant Plains. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations are suggested to Pleasant Plains Fire Protection District or to Zion Lutheran Church.
