He was predeceased by: his parents, Laudie Smith and Gertrude Smith (Miller); and his brothers, Laudie Smith Jr. and John Smith. He is survived by: his wife Donna Sperry; his son Clay Smith (Tami) of New Berlin, IL; his grandchildren, Aaron Smith (Laura) of Franklin, IL, Eric Smith of New Berlin, IL and Kate Crocker (Matt) of New Berlin, IL; and his siblings, Linda Smith of Riverton, IL, Juanita Timm of Pleasant Plains, IL and Tom Smith (Patricia) of Springfield, IL.. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
