She is survived by: her mother Patricia Coleantonio (Quinlan) of Huntley, IL; her children, Tyler Kastner (Katie) of Middleton, WI and Tasha Shade (Adam) of Springfield; her grandchildren, Elin, Adeline, Ellis, Oliver Kastner, Sienna and Leah Shade; her siblings, Patty Tarpley (Clifford) of Huntley, IL, Michael Coleantonio of Clearwater, FL, Pam Katnik of Sycamore, IL and Paula Frederiksen (Steve) of Carpentersville, IL; and her friend Brenda Cox. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
