She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Pavelonis and Dana Pavelonis (Ross). She is survived by: her husband Jim Mayes; her children, Thomas Lee Michael (Lacy), Jeffrey Lee Michael (Wendy), Nick Andrew Mayes (Tori) and Pat Ryan Mayes; her grandchildren, Bella, Kaleb, Abby, Lauren, Carson and Kyle Michael; and her sisters, Diane Gietl (Danny) and Mary Davis (Greg). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
