He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Jean Gates (Hogan); his children, Kerrie Saunders (Lisa), Stephanie Price (Jon) and Christopher Gates (Raquel Woodward); and his sister Connie Teel (Terry). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren.
