He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Otto and Wanda Mae Scheina (Dempsey); and his son Joshua Allen Scheina. He is survived by: his wife Gail Scheina of Pleasant Plains; his son D. Patrick Scheina (Angela) of Petersburg; his daughter-in-law Valerie Marie Scheina of Springfield; his stepchildren, Brandon Rogers (Callie) of Hillsboro and Nikki Carron (Chris) of Waggoner; his grandchildren, Kate Elizabeth, Cassidy Skylar, Isabella Marie, Bryleigh Rose Scheina, Dillan (Mackenzie), Mizabella, Mira Moon, Ryan, Braydon Carron (Holly), Samara, Jasmine and Autumn Rogers; his sister Kathleen Augustine (James) of Springfield, IL; his nephews, James Augustine (Shannan) and Ryan Augustine; his great-niece Alyse Augustine; and his great-nephew Elias Augustine.
