He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Scott and Emma Scott (Greer); his wife Helen Leverton; his son Robert Joseph; and his sisters, Beverly Newton and Patricia Savage.
He is survived by: his daughters, Karen Blakeman (Terry) and Cheryl Matthews (Gary); and his sister Lana Vernon. He is also survived by six grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Cass County Hospice or Walker Nursing Home.
