He was predeceased by: his parents, William Frank and Grace Louise Shafer Dalton; his wife Mary Jean Kreis; and his siblings, Virgil Dean, Henry Allen, William Frank, Jr. and Mary Jane.
He is survived by: his daughter Sharon Russwinkel; his grandchildren, Kyndra and Kole Russwinkel; and his sister Wanda Taylor of Springfield.
