He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Lee and Ersa Marie Neese Robinson; his wife Alice L. Haney; his daughter Susan Marie; his grandson Jon Robinson; his great grandchild DaMarcus Kendall; and his siblings, Alice Marie Robinson and Wayne Robinson.
He is survived by: his children, Theresa Boden (David) of Ewing, MO and Michael E. Robinson (Teresa) of Pleasant Hill; his grandchildren, Kimberly Lilo (Matt), Kyle Smith (Lindsay), Lance Smith (Erin), Heidi Jaeckle (Paul) and Michael Robinson; his great grandchildren, Riley, Rennie, Roman, Amaliah, Charlene, Jaxsen, JoJo, Emmie and Liam; and his sister Sandra Smith of Time. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
