It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marlin L. Martin of Pleasant Hill, Illinois, who passed away on February 15, 2025, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Elbia and Freda Marie Buchanan (Hardin); her brothers, Harold, Gerald and John; her husband Paul Howard Martin; her son Jim; and her grandchildren, Tony and Kelly.
She is survived by: her children, Terry Martin (Trudy DeCamp Eldridge) and Sandra Thomas (Michael); and her daughter-in-law Melanie Martin.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (302 Parkview St, Pleasant Hill, IL 62366). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church Building Fund.
