Gladys M. Neese Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Gladys M. Neese of Pleasant Hill, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 2, 2025 at the age of 87. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Gladys M. Neese to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Milton and Edna Glee Richards Edwards; her sons, Nick Neese and Clayton Neese; and her siblings, Richard Edwards, Glenn Edwards and Erma Hill.
She is survived by: her children, Dennis Neese (Judi) of Kampsville, Drew Neese (Cheryl) of Kinderhook and Deanne "DeeDee" Brannan (Ronell) of South Roxanna; her daughter-in-law Tammy Neese of Nebo; and her siblings, Wanda White (Gary) of Mahomet, Gary "Curly" Edwards of Pleasant Hill and Calvin Edwards (Alice) of Pleasant Hill. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, ten great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Lummis Funeral Home (502 S Main St, Pleasant Hill, IL 62366). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to an educational fund for her grandchildren.
