It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George E. Connor of Pleasant Hill, Illinois, born in Springfield, Illinois, who passed away on December 5, 2021, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his former wife Kathleen Sue VanStrein; his wife Kathleen "Kathy" Sue Connor of Pleasant Hill; his children, Scott Luesse, Sherri Weber and Jessica Givens; his grandchildren, Kyle, Ashley, Devon, Cody, Nikki, Kali, Kenzie and Karci; his siblings, Lawrence "Larry" and Brenda; his parents-in-law, Doug and Judy Cox; his siblings-in-law, Steve VanStrein (Susan) and Valorie Dolbeare (Jimmy); his nephews, Joshua, Matthew, Adam and Aaron; and his niece Allison. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Crescent Heights Cemetery Association.
