He was predeceased by: his parents, Chuck Yokem and Roberta "Bobbye" Guthrie Yokem; his son Tony Yokem; his wives, Beverly Yokem and Judy Yokem; and his brother Curtis Yokem.
He is survived by: his former spouse Beverly Skirvin; his children, Theresa Buchanan of Quincy, Matthew Yokem (Whitley) of Pittsfield and Ashley Smith (Brian) of Pleasant Hill; his grandchildren, Clayton Yokem, Carly Yokem, Jared Buchanan, Alyssa Buchanan, Eli Ducey, Augustus Yokem, Hubert Yokem, Lily Smith, Beck Smith and Claire Smith; his great grandchildren, Keaton, Brylynn, Brenna and Macie; and his siblings, Shelley Carroll of Pleasant Hill and Mark Yokem (Teresa) of Bremen. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
