He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo C. Foiles and Josephine F. Kamp Foiles. He is survived by: his wife Carol M. Foiles of Calhoun County; his children, Pamela Foiles of Norfolk, VA, Teresa Whitaker of Pittsfield and Mark Foiles of Pittsfield; and his sisters, Barbara Foiles of Carrollton, TX and Tricia Foiles of Bedford, TX.. He is also survived by five grandchildren, a great grandson.
