It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Feliciano Rios of Plano, Illinois, who passed away on August 27, 2020, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Saturnino Feliciano and Aqripina Feliciano (Rios). He is survived by: his children, William Feliciano Ramos, Jr. (Maria) of Plano, IL, Nolan Feliciano Ramos of Chicago, IL and Yvonne Collazo; and his sister Elsie Cabasquini of Puerto Rico. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; thirty great grandchildren; one great great granddaughter.
