She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesus Lucero Rodriguez and Agripina Burciaga; and her husband Pedro Garibay. She is survived by: her children, Hilda Johnson (Harlen) of Plano, IL, Manuel Garibay of Mexico, Hector Garibay of Mexico and Cesar Garibay (Rosaura) of Plano, IL. She is also survived by her twelve children; fourteen great-grandchildren; three brothers, four sisters, and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Nelson Funeral Home - South Street (1010 W South St, Plano, IL 60545). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St Mary's Catholic Church (1001 N Center St, Plano, IL 60545). A burial was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Little Rock Township Cemetery Center (14733 N Center St, Plano, IL 60545).
