She was predeceased by: her father Richard Charles. She is survived by: her mother Donna Rae Wade, Sr. (Anderson) of Plano, IL; her children, Rae Jennings (Billy) of Utica, IL, Joseph Paquet of Ripley, MS, Nicole Wade of Rockford, IL and Steven Paquet of Sandwich, IL; and her siblings, Luella Weeks (Randy), Richard C. Wade, Jr., Rebecca Johnson (Bill), Deborah Burbank (Kenny), Tamara Rosenwinkel (Mike) and Michael Wade (Julie). She is also survived by her 11 grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
