He was predeceased by: his mother Virginia Etter; his grandparents, Stella and H. B. Maupin; his wife Patricia Maupin; and his daughter-in-law Laura Maupin.
He is survived by: his children, Virginia Kapral (Andrew), Taylor Maupin, Jennifer Stoeger (Anthony) and Amy Curtis (Anthony); his grandchildren, Joshua Marshall (Sarah), Melody Kapral, Rebecca Hohn (Timothy), Dylan Klatt, Tyler Stoeger, Zachary Stoeger and Katelyn Curtis; and his brothers, Jerry Etter, Doug Etter and Blake Etter. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
