She was predeceased by: her parents, Carroll Crews and Gladys Crews (Mae); her husband Elden Madden; her son Warner David Semetis; and her brother Robert Crews.
She is survived by: her children, Rick Semetis of Gulf Port, MS and Lora Chapman of Somonauk, IL; her stepchildren, Jennifer Hartman (Curt) of Huntley, IL and Jeremy Madden; and her sister Betty Sulley of Fort Meyers, FL. She is also survived by her six grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
