He was predeceased by: his parents, Irwin Hayes Allen and Dolores Mae Assell; his wife Diane Sue Lorenz; and his sisters, Jeannine Forner and Lori Sherman.
He is survived by: his children, Mike Allen (Kiley) of Sandwich, IL, Jeff Allen (Brittany) of Newark, IL and Jenni Hall (Trevor) of Somonauk, IL; his grandchildren, Wyatt, Kaleb, Klaire, Morgan, Anna Mae, Zeke and Josie; his sister Beth Sterkel (Bob) of Sugar Grove, IL; his brother-in-law David Lorenz (Karla) of Oswego, IL; and his pet Lady. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, close friends.
