He was predeceased by: his parents, William Chambers and Mary Chambers (Lane); his wife Donna Diana Hanks; and his brothers, Bill and Mike.
He is survived by: his children, Donna D. Grzelak (Steve), Dorothy M. Worman (Paul), John P. (Laura), Marie B. Schultz (Mark) and Michael J. (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Sean, Danielle, Nicholas, Katie, Robert, Rachael, Josh, Jesse, Ryan, Thomas, Allison, Sarah, Eva, Cody, John and Makayla; his great grandchildren, Angelo, Ayana, Amere, Arya, Ellanor, Zane and Angel; his great great grandchild Xander; and his siblings, Mary, Joseph, Thomas and Dorothy. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
