He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Pohl and Mary Pohl (Summer); and his pets, Silky and Fancy. He is survived by: his wife Betty Lou Baker of Plano, IL; his children, Kandi Pohl of Plano, IL and Harold Scott Pohl of DeKalb, IL; and his sisters, Rosemary Alderman of Hinckley, IL, Kathy Pohl Casey and Shirly Jean Galvin of Cortland, IL. He is also survived by two aunts, one uncle and several nieces and nephews.
