We are sad to announce that on May 19, 2021, at the age of 97, Dorothy Maier of Plano, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Wright and Helen Wright (Ford). She is survived by: her children, Donna Kimmey (Michael) of Plano, IL, Dale Maier (Eve) of Lancaster, CA and Devonna Maier of Denver, CO; her sister-in-law Lois Maier; her grandchildren, Michael, Mark, Matthew, Donald, Patricia (Patty), Michelle, Elizabeth, Sarah, Hugh and Joseph; her husband Donald; her daughters, Doris Peidlow and Deanna Adams; her siblings, Wayne Maier, Marjorie Knodle and Evelyn Robertson; her great grandchild Zachary Weidener; and her nephews, David Robertson and Lee Vickers. She is also survived by 27 great grandchildren, 31 great-great grandchildren, 1 great-great-great grandchild. And several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the First Baptist Church of Plano.
