He is survived by: his wife Patricia Schwartz; his children, Dionne Horne (Mike) of Sycamore, IL, Jon Schwartz (Katie) of Yorkville, IL and Todd Schwartz of Aurora, IL; his grandchildren, Lillian and Maddie; and his siblings, Jon Schwartz (Carolyn) of Kirksville, MO, Mike Smith-Schwartz (Randy) of Saint Louis, MO, Raymond Schwartz of Kirksville, MO, Tony Schwartz (Penny) of Kirksville, MO and Teresa Johanning (Jeff) of Herculaneum, MO. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
