He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Dale and Doreen Hauser; his uncle Dale "Skip" Hauser Jr.; and his grandparents, Robert and Margret Jochum.
He is survived by: his parents, Terry Jochum and Diane Jochum of Venice, FL; his brother Daniel Jochum (Gretchen) of Lemont, IL; his fiancée Alicia Matthews of Plano, IL; his nieces, Hayden and Jordyn Jochum; and his nephew Emmett Michael Jochum. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 3rd 2024 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Nelson Funeral Home - Yorkville (1617 N Bridge St, Yorkville, IL 60560). A funeral service was held on Sunday, November 3rd 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the American Heart Association, National Association for Down Syndrome (NADS), or charity of choice.
